Qualification
- Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 18 months working as an officer in a Public Sector Bank or Regional Rural Bank. Note: Experience from private banks, NBFCs, cooperative banks, or fintech companies will not be considered.
Salary
- Pay Scale: ₹48,480 – ₹85,920 (as per JMGS-I pay level)
- Additional allowances and perks will be provided as per bank norms.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 20 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years (as on 01 August 2025)
- Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government rules.
Selection Process
- Online Written Examination
- Screening and Personal Interview
- Local Language Proficiency Test – Candidates must be proficient in the local language of the state for which they are applying.

- SC / ST / PwBD: ₹100 + charges
